Silicon Surgical Light /

This product is the result of my own personal fascination with silicone rubber. It is the tactile and seductive nature of the material that I am most fond of and it is the physical interaction with the material which provides the basis of the concept. The light comprises of a hollow silicone trapesium. Housed within the trapesium are a series of bright halogen lights. The Product comes with a surgical kit, which includes a pack of scalpels, medical pins and a pack of surgical sitching sutres. In order to expose the light the user is encouraged to slice the silcone with the provided scalpel, it is this satisfactory process which i hope would engage the user to apreciate the material as i do.
